Often anger gets stuck in the horizontal; leaving us stuck in cycles of projection and blame and/or internalization, self sabotage, or self hatred.
The invitation within the podcast is to understand what containing the heat held within anger can do for the psyche. As well as what wisdom can be distilled from that energetic containment.
