In today's episode I discuss an essay I wrote on Jung's theory of synchronicity, the experience of meaningful coincidence where the inner subjective experience of a person collides with an outer objective experience.
I discuss how synchronicities can unlock stuck places in the trauma renegotiation process and make us feel as if we are held in the arms of something greater than ourselves.
